Meet Our Bunnies
Cuddly, calm, and ready to party, our therapy bunnies are the heart of Hop Hop Hooray. Each rabbit is socialized for gentle, seated interactions and travels with cozy mats, water, and built-in rest breaks so visits stay relaxed for everyone. All bunnies are certified by Pet Partners and are up to date on all vaccines.
About the Breeds
English Lop (the velvety ear superstars)
Famous for their extra-long, silky ears and mellow personalities, English Lops are natural ice-breakers. Their laid-back vibe helps kids slow down, use soft voices, and practice “gentle hands.” Great for birthdays, classrooms, libraries, and sensory-friendly groups.

Flemish Giant (the gentle giant)
Known as the original “gentle giant,” the Flemish Giant has a calm, steady demeanor and a larger body that helps guests feel secure during petting. Perfect for first-time animal experiences, senior visits, and photo moments.
How We Care for Our Rabbits

Handler-supervised, seated interactions only. Holding is case-by-case at handler discretion.

Short rest/hydration breaks every hour (more often as needed).

Clean mats + sanitizer provided; we don’t use loose hay at events (allergy-friendly).

Travel-trained with carriers, non-slip mats, and familiar supplies to keep stress low.

Veterinary oversight: Regular exams; vaccinated for RHDV2.
